This notice covers pongo.cloud, the website. Each tool has its own notice at its own fixed URL, and neither document stands in for the other.
What this page covers
This page is about the website. If you are looking for what one of our tools does with your data, each tool has its own notice, linked from its page and declared to the App Store.
They are separate documents on purpose. A tool that runs on your device and a website that collects an email address handle different things.
Cookies
There are none. The site sets no cookies, and nothing here asks you to accept any.
Analytics
The site does not use analytics and ships no third-party script.
Fonts and other assets
Fonts, images and stylesheets are served from this domain. Nothing on these pages is loaded from a content delivery network, so no third party sees your IP address just because you opened a page here.
The beta list
If you join the beta list we store your email address, and the tool you said you were interested in if you chose one. Nothing else — no name, no company.
The list is held at MailerLite, which acts as our processor. We use it to send invitations and release notes, and for nothing else.
Every message has a one-click unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe your address is removed from the list and kept for 3 months on a suppression list, so that we do not add you back by mistake. After that it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy in a portable form. Write to legal@balenehub.com and we answer within thirty days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
